  Called for bleach of course got the most inexperienced girl out of the bunch. First, she colored it silver which was completely off of the white I requested and after almost two hours at the salon the color was acceptable. Unfortunately, you don't get what you pay for here. Felt they were over priced and inexperienced save your money and find someplace in Plano or Dallas.
